Entro i Limiti was born from the desire to encapsulate the multiple interpretations of contemporary ceramic design within a single work. The collections designed for ninefifty by Elisa Ossino, Margherita Rui, Studio Morganti, and STUDIOTAMAT + Arianna De Luca are transformed into the facades of an imaginary building, giving life to an architecture in constant evolution.

Each side of the work tells a different design vision, the result of a dialogue between contemporary research and artisanal tradition. Through shapes, surfaces, and materials, the work explores the complexity of contemporary ceramics while maintaining a strong link with the artistic heritage of Caltagirone.

Terracotta, ceramics, and majolica on lava stone thus become the elements through which the language of design interprets the present, while simultaneously enhancing the memory and identity of one of Sicily’s most important ceramic centers.
